During this workshop students will learn about the plight of our local shorebirds and use animation as a medium for conveying an environmental message. Students with a real interest in environmental science will be well suited to this opportunity. They will first learn through a variety of mediums and activities about our shorebirds, they will then write a storyboard for their ‘Saving our Shorebirds’ animation and create their animation using iStopMotion. Animations will then be available to share back at school.
